Founder, Principal Landscape Architect and Horticulturist

Ruth Czermak attended Burnley University where she gained a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, she still has the privilege of using much of the information and understanding developed in those years every day. While at University she started a small landscape design business and then shortly afterwards a retail Nursery in Brunswick. Unfortunately, the drought took hold at this time and she scaled back her business and focused on obtaining a Masters in Landscape Architecture. After finishing University and as the drought began to break she was fortunate enough to be involved in some amazing sustainable projects including Raingardens in School, a Masterplan for a Solar Power Test facility located in central Victoria and the Masterplan of Station Domain area in Maryborough. These challenging early projects allowed her to expand her skill set.

Today's Botanical Traditions

Today the business focuses on Commercial projects, however she still enjoys residential work. Having been in operation for over 20 years now, we have not featured all of our projects on our webpage and have tried to showcase a broad range instead. Like any webpage we don’t often get a chance to update it so feel free to look at our Facebook and Instagram pages. Our facebook page features more of our smaller projects, and day to day ramblings. While our Instagram page features the larger projects. Please feel free to browse through the pages at your leisure and we would love to hear you.
